The mix is balanced with a prevalence of arabica coffee (four), quality, sweet, aromatic, non-acidic, aftertaste is soft and lingering. and from the body balanced and chocolatey and a 20% of the best robusta.
Blend with a prevalence of robusta coffee: intense aroma, high creaminess, full-bodied and persistent.
All Varanini espresso blends are created with only the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are slow roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.
The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.
In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, or beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent sensation.
The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
