EXTRA BAR
A blend for espresso coffee of remarkable strength, thanks to the high quality of the Arabica coffees (70%) selected by Torrefazione Varanani and wisely combined with 30% of the best Robusta origins to obtain a coffee with an intense aroma and a particularly aromatic aftertaste.
I.D. BAR
A coffee with a strong flavour, dense creaminess and full-bodied on the palate. I.D. Bar is an espresso blend expertly crafted with a perfect balance of Arabica and Robusta coffees, leaving an intense and even aftertaste.
NINO CREMA BAR
Very rich and full-bodied blend, with an intense aroma and a unique creaminess. NINO CREMA BAR is a blend created in 2020 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Varanini roastery and contains all our experience and passion for espresso coffee.
NINO RBS
Blend with a predominant proportion of Robusta coffee offers a strong aroma and intense flavour with high, full-bodied and persistent creaminess.
VARANINI QUALITY
All Varanini espresso blends are created with only the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are slow roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.
The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.
In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, nor do they contain beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent sensation.
The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
