Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of their choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory. A signature from an adult over 18 years of age will be required upon delivery. No deliveries will be made to P.O. boxes.

Delivery costs include a contribution from the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site, in the cart summary, and in the order form. Unless otherwise indicated or during promotions, a fixed contribution to shipping costs is required as per the table at the bottom of the page.

All purchases will be delivered via express courier (hereinafter, "Courier") from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. GDR S.r.l. is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.

In any case, except for cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with the Consumer Code, products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days starting from the day following the one in which the Customer transmitted the order to GDR S.r.l., unless GDR S.r.l. communicates — within the same term, via email — the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods due to the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the products. In the event of such communication, GDR S.r.l. will arrange for the refund of any amounts already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.

In the event that, following a communication from GDR S.r.l. regarding a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the same will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following the one in which the Customer transmitted the order to GDR S.r.l.

For the delivery of the goods, the presence of the Customer or a person appointed by them is necessary at the recipient's address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package appears intact and unaltered. Any damage to the package and/or the Products or a mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested via a written reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the delivered package.
