Caffè del Nino blends are made from the best quality Robusta coffee and 30 or 40% selected Arabica to offer espresso coffees characterised by intense aromas but also rich in nuances.
The "Nino" espresso blends are a tribute to Stefano Zappa, who opened a small shop specialising in roasting and selling coffee in Via Varanini in Milan in 1970, beginning a story of passion and taste. All "Nino" blends are characterised by an intense aroma and a dense and persistent cream, unique in its kind.

NINO CREMA BAR
Very rich and full-bodied blend, with an intense aroma and a unique creaminess. NINO CREMA BAR is a blend created in 2020 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Varanini roastery and contains all our experience and passion for espresso coffee.
Blend with a predominant proportion of Robusta coffee offers a strong aroma and intense flavour with high, full-bodied and persistent creaminess.
All Varanini espresso blends are created with only the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are slow roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.
The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.
In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, nor do they contain beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent sensation.
The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
