Super Bar is one of the great classics of the Varanini roasting house, it is the coffee you can taste most often in our bars. It is an extremely well-balanced espresso coffee blend with a predominance of Arabica coffee (four qualities) and a selection of Robusta coffee, for a sweet, aromatic, non-acidic coffee with a smooth and lingering aftertaste and a balanced and chocolaty body.
The coffee beans are ground to bring out the best in Moka coffee machines and as American coffee or filter coffee.

VARANINI QUALITY
All Varanini espresso blends are created with only the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are slow roasted (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.
The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.
In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, or beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent sensation.
The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by a balanced aroma and fragrance and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
