VARANINI QUALITY

All Varanini espresso blends are created with only the finest Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, and are roasted slowly (19-22 minutes) at low temperatures.

The peculiarity of Varanini espresso coffee is the way it is roasted: the selected green coffee is roasted individually to adjust the temperature and duration of roasting to the characteristics of each bean.

In this way, high-quality blends are created that do not contain burnt beans, which cause an unpleasant bitter aftertaste, nor do they contain beans that have been roasted for too short a time, thus significantly increasing the acidic tone and leaving an astringent sensation.

The exquisite Varanini espresso blends, more intense or lighter in flavour, are always accompanied by a balanced fragrance and aroma and enriched with a fine and persistent crema.
